“As a high school teacher with over 25 years of experience, I feel that students have one of the most exciting and rewarding opportunities to learn and share knowledge and skills. By delivering the course in a unique and functioning business environment, students are able to create, collaborate, contribute and learn music, business and life skills in a real-world setting. It’s a special experience for all involved and I hope to see this course continue and grow.” – George Brasovan, Teacher, The Music Business Experience.

Success Stories

This was an amazing experience. This class has given me the motivation and the confidence to go out and pursue a music career on my own now having the knowledge to do so.

Christian Nolan, Student, Night School

By delivering the course in a unique and functioning business environment, students are able to create, collaborate, contribute and learn music, business and life skills in a real-world setting.

George Brasovan, Teacher, The Music Business Experience

The course drastically changed my life, my future, and helped me to find out who I really am. I know who I want to be, what my goals in life are and I have some plans for after high school.

Lester Ruiz, Student, Summer School

This course helped me realize what I’d like to do with my life and showed me a realistic way of following my passion: I’m now student at Ryerson University taking the ‘Creative Industries’ program which integrates art and business, just like ‘The Music Business’ course.

Christine Alfred, Student, Night School

I came to Wexford for the performing arts program, and the Music Business Course was one of my favorite classes and got me interested in the business side of music. I’m now applying to Ryerson for the ‘Media Production’ program, which will help me decide what specific career I want within the music/arts industry.

Michelle Shams, Student, Wexford C.S.A.
